  • Browser-based audio analysis (BPM, key/Camelot, energy/mood metrics) primarily processed locally in your browser.
  • Optional batch processing, exports, and account features for registered users.
  • We may update features, change limits, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or security reasons.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans (if applicable) are billed in advance per the plan you select.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
  • Taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass security of the service.
  • Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
  • Automated access (scraping, excessive requests) is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual property

  • We retain all rights to the service, code, design, and trademarks. You retain rights to your own content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service features you request.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of analytical outputs or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you use the free plan.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason with notice where feasible.

9. Changes

  • We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of your country/region of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
